| WOW! This very fine home has a lot of WOW!
Level entry with fancy foyer and powder room for starters. Two
steps down to a lovely open living room that features a fat leather
sectional sofa, impressive stone fireplace (wood burning), big
screen t.v., and a wall of sliding glass doors to capture the
many, many miles of view and sweet sunshine. The kitchen is very
ample, with a breakfast “bay” nook, large counter space,
and it is open to the dining room--which also has sliding glass
doors to capture the view. The main level has vaulted ceilings
and is accented with white washed paneling, making it open, light
and crisp. A wide deck spans the entire view (south) side of
the house. The master bedroom is on this main level and with
it comes a king sleigh bed, large tv, sliding glass doors onto
the deck as well as a bath with large walk-in closet, his and
hers sinks, separate shower and whirlpool tub too. Downstairs houses a den with big view and another t.v. Bedroom #2 comes with queen bed, big view, another t.v. and private bath as well. Bedroom #3 and #4 also have queen beds and they share a spacious bath between them. Bedroom #3 has a grand view and Bedroom #4 is bright and open, with large window that looks out, upon the landscaping. This lower level has nine feet ceilings to give it more light and volume, and it works well. The entire house is clean, bright, open and accentuates its magnificent view. This house is dramatic in style, location and setting. At an elevation of 5450, it boasts one of the highest homes in Eastern America. Cool summers, blustery winters and all kinds of seasons and scenery in between. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll be enamoured. Each season abounds with activities: walk to Ski Beech’s slopes, hike/bike the acclaimed Emerald Outback trails, soak in Autumn’s vibrant foliage, and best of all: sit on the deck and do “nothing”. |
