| This lovely, practically brand new, home has a multitude of niceties. Let's start with the two car garage and level entry plus additional parking outside. The main level includes a fine, open kitchen with plenty of counter space, bar with seating for 3, convenient laundry and pantry. There's a dining room that easily seats 8 at an impressive lodge style table. The living room has 2 story ceilings with big wooden beams, big stone fireplace, 55' t.v. too. It has 2 stories of glass to take in the miles and miles of mountain ranges beyond. There's also a large master bedroom with king bed, huge closet, huge tv., lavish bath with whirlpool tub and separate large tile shower. Tall sliding doors to the deck allow you to take in the view too. There's an office with a single sleeper sofa and full bath as well. A large sunny deck spans the length of the house, and includes a gas grill, very nice dining set for 6 and two plump loungers too. The upper level features vaulted wooden ceilings and two roomy bedrooms--one with two queens, the other with one queen. Both rooms have their own full bath as well. And... there's a reading nook/loft overlooking the living room and miles of view. The lower level touts a recreation room with billiards/table tennis, foos ball, bar, another large tv. Two more bedrooms (1 queen, 1 single) and two more baths are on this level as well. The entire house features a mix of Hickory cabinets, pine flooring in main areas, carpet in bedrooms, tile in baths. The effect is a light, bright, open mountain home that is very comfortable and inviting with plenty of room for up to 12 people to have a most memorable vacation. Beech Mountain Club privileges are included. (All fees for usage shall be paid by the guest.) |
