THIS TRULY CHARMING upscale and updated Chalet is in a great location year 'round. It's a very short walk to easy skiing and snow boarding in the winter, to street dances and concerts in the summer, and a short walk to restaurants, mercantile, and neighborhood fish pond any time. Whitewashed pine paneling and cabinets along with accents of wallpaper create a soft, cheery country home. Two story,  vaulted ceilings, and a stone fireplace with gas logs highlight the living room. The kitchen is well stocked and is open to the dining room with French doors onto the deck. There are two bedrooms and two baths on the main level. The third bedroom, bath, den, and office area are downstairs and have a separate (skiers) entrance. There's also a big sunny loft upstairs that overlooks the living room. It's a lovely, clean home with numerous niceties in a very sweet location.
For summer, full Beech Mountain Club privileges are included.
